Bubble tea (also known as pearl milk tea, boba milk tea, or simply boba) is a Taiwanese drink that was invented in Taichung in the 1980s. The tea is mixed with milk or fruits and topped off with chewy tapioca pearls or any toppings.

Our recipe is an authentic Taiwan and we carefully handpick the best ingredients from many countries. We use premium aromatic whole black tea leaves and add them to the delicious chewy pearls imported from Taiwan, where Bubble Tea originated. We also import ingredients for matcha green tea, Hokkaido milk, Ube from Japan, and Thai tea leaves directly from Thailand. You will experience the sweet-scented tea just as you were in the Orient. Our soft-serve ice cream ingredients are imported from Italy. We use milk that is carefully selected organic milk from top brands in the U.S. Our fruit is fresh and delivered daily. We believe that using the highest-quality ingredients will produce the highest quality tea that our customers deserve.

Our tea is freshly brewed daily and standard bobas cooked every 4 hours.

When ordering, we will always ask you whether you like your drink cold or hot, what size you would like, and what toppings you would like to add. Please let us know if you have any dietary or allergy requirements.

Yes, 60% of our menu is vegan friendly. Milk tea series can be made with Soy Milk or Oat Milk these are your options. And all our toppings are vegan, except for our egg pudding (contains dairy). Please let us know if you would like vegan options!

Tapioca pearls or bobas are the quintessential bubble tea topping. Tapioca is a starch from the Cassava Root, which gets rolled into round balls of varying size. These are boiled and sweetened before they are served. We cooked every 4 hours, and sweetened with dark brown sugar for more unique and authentic taste.

These are two layer drinks. A sweetened tea base that gets topped with a layer of salted cream cheese. That is awesome when mix, the combination of sweet, a bit salty and creamy is absolutely delicious.

This is a traditional Asian jelly pudding that we make in-house, and that can be added as a topping in your drink. It’s believed by many to have many health benefits and a cooling effect on the body.

Aiyu jelly is made from a plant called the awkeotsang creeping fig and has a light herbal flavour in contrast to the slightly bitter taste of grass jelly that makes it go well in tea-based drinks or our fruit tea series. It is sweet and has a very subtle fruity aroma. Basically, it’s semi-solid, wobbly sweet tea. We also make in-house daily.

We allow maximum of 3 toppings per drink. If you are a fan of toppings, we recommend getting the Large size cup if you order more than 2 toppings as they gives us more space to give your drink too!
